Phrasal Verb

Let me explain what is phrasal verb. Phrasal verb is a verb follow by one or two preposition. Example for preposition are on, in, over and many more.
Here are some common phrasal verbs.

1.  put on - wear, gain weight                                                                                                                   Example : Melvin took off his shirt and put on a jersey.                                                              

2. hand in - to give something especially work to someone.
Example : "Please hand in your homework," said the teacher.

3. get off - to leave a bus,train and etc.
Example : We have to get off at the next bus stop.

4. fill up - make it full
Example : You have to fill up the car tank at the petrol station.

5. run out of - don't have anything left
Example : I have run out of butter so I will have to use margarine to make the cookies.
